All our audio files are .mp3 format. If an mp3 files doesn't open, get Apple iTunes free at https://www.apple.com/itunes/

All video files are streamed and can also be downloaded in .mp4. If it doesn't open on your computer, get VLC player free at: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Some files require SketchUp. It is a great tool to view plans in 3D. If you do not have it, you can get it free at: https://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-free

Some multiple files are compressed as .zip files. This saves you time. If your computer doesn't extract this files by itself, get PeaZip for free at: http://peazip.sourceforge.net/
